Panicked Parents

I work at a ski area in California as a security supervisor and I won’t ever walk out of my home without my Wave Leatherman; I use it all the time.

I was dispatched to our hotel with a child locked inside the bathroom and the parents panicking! I grabbed my handy Wave tool and used the Phillips head to dismantle the locking mechanism and got Jimmy the 3 year old out. Everyone that worked there was running around looking for the tools which were in another building. The dad was so impressed with the tool, he bought one for himself.
