First Tool to Obtain

I am an HVAC mechanic; all of my apprentices are required to have a multi-tool, no excuses. Mine was 3 years old when it broke doing a job it was not designed to do. The warranty people gave me a new one. It was so bashed up when it got sent in I did not expect to get warranty. That’s pride in your product. I use my Charge TTi at least 3 to 4 times per day for almost any task imaginable with no issues at all. If asked to choose 1 item to survive with, this would be it - no second guess on that. I am a Leatherman owner for life; don’t even care to try the competition.
