Life Made Easier

My first encounter with a Leatherman tool was when I started working on project sites such as refineries, paper plants cement factories etc. One particular site I saw my project manager pull Leatherman tool to cut his cigar. At first I was amazed to see that one piece of steel, so compact and simple could contain so many useful sub-tools. You could cut, saw, screw etc with one tool and forget about looking around for tool box containing loose and often very hazardous tools.



Every since that encounter I decided that I shall purchase such a tool when I have achieved a certain status and maturity in my profession. I am happy to announce that in the month of June 2007 I have achieved by 15 year old ambition. I am a proud owner of Wave Leatherman tool. When purchasing it, I hesitated as to which Leatherman to buy as it looked different to Leatherman I saw 15 years ago. The sales person has patiently described the improvements made to Leatherman over the last 15 years which caused me to blush with such enthusiasm that my fiancé felt jealous. When I heard that Leatherman guarantees its products for 25 years I was completely and irreversibly sold.



I have since then used it to prune my roses, screw kitchen cupboard handles and recently I removed a dried up palm tree in my garden. Using just Leatherman Wave I was able to cut the shoots with knife and scissors and remove thick stem with the saw. I was amazed how easy and effortless the entire job was thanks to Wave 11. It is a perfect tool to keep handy whenever I work around the house and garden. Thanks a lot for the experience and privilege of owing such a fine Leatherman.
