Tell Us Your Tale

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.

On a Whim

OK, I've got a few multi-tools laying about. I've got a Juice Xe6 that I often carry as an EDC. I've got a Wave I keep in the car. And I've got a Charge ALX...

The Charge kind of stands out. I bought it entirely on a whim. I already had a Wave, so why did I need it? I thought I'd wasted my money. When I got it, I grudgingly decided I might as well start carrying it.

I recently inherited my Dad's old home place & farm, and it needs LOTS of work. The first day, I had the Charge there with me; I think it paid for itself. From helping me break up old wire-bound crates, to sawing down limbs, to cutting up old boxes, to repairing fencing, to just tightening up screws in doorframes... I suddenly realized I might have made the right decision after all.

I think I'm sold. The Charge is a winner!
