Truly Extraordinary Customer Service

I purchased my Skeletool CX about 1 year ago. I carry the CX with me all the time. Love this tool!! This summer I was fixing my pool filter when I needed a pair of pliers. I used my Skeletool CX to assist in removing a "very stuck" threaded PVC pipe.

Needless to say just as the Skeletool was beginning to turn the pipe one side of pliers snapped. I was very sad that my Skeletool was broken!!

I waited two weeks before reading on this web-site that I had a 25 year warranty on the tool. I shipped the tool Leatherman and within 1 week I received a BRAND NEW Skeletool CX.
