When you order, you will automatically be given an order number.

At this time we can process orders for Leatherman accessories being shipped to the United States and Canada only. To purchase accessories in your country, please refer to our list of international distributors.

• All shipments are sent out Standard—allow for up to 12-14 business days—unless otherwise specified.
• For shipments to PO, FPO, or APO box's Standard is the only method available.
• For shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii, Standard and Two-day are the only methods available.
• Order processing/shipment takes 3-5 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
• Leatherman is closed on Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. No orders are processed during this time.

For all orders from Canada and US territories we offer standard delivery for $10. Please allow approximately two business days for your order to be processed and transferred to the shipping department and 10-14 business days for your shipment to reach you.

All orders are subject to applicable taxes and duties. These charges will be calculated and added to the total order at the time your credit card is charged, just prior to shipping. The following U.S. states will have tax applied: AR, CA, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, PA, TN and WA.

Canadian customers will be responsible for any additional customs, duties, GST, or HST fees that apply to their order.
