The Elk Canyon River boasts class IV rapids that lead thrillseekers through dazzling landscapes featuring massive cliffs and some pretty impressive waves if you time it right. Speaking of timing, there’s no better season than spring to explore the Bull River which races through the Rocky Mountains at a considerable clip.
