Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
Orders with customized products ship together and take an additional 1-2 weeks to process.
Leatherman is closed on all major German Bank holidays. No orders are processed on these days.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.
*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.

Please note we will refund you in 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned the product(s). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order.
14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR EU CUSTOMERS
You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
