High quality, too heavy

"I chose these over other options because I wanted quality that I can count on during backpacking. Unfortunately, I also need to be low weight. These are too heavy to bring backpacking. Leatherman, please tell me when you have something that's at least half as heavy (smaller)."

Sheath?

Never arrived, poor customer service

"I’m an ED/Trauma RN at one of the top ten busiest ERs in the country. I ordered this for a friend, had it sent to his home and the Raptor Response shears never arrived. I contacted BOTH Leatherman and UPS because the package never arrived, although it says it was delivered. The rep a spoke with at Leatherman was clearly inconvenienced by the call and basically told me I was SOL. They did say they’d file a claim via UPS. Haven’t heard anything since. I’ll likely be switching to Xshear after this experience. I was completely shocked by Leatherman’s horrible customer service. To re-cap…still no shears, no refund, and no UPS response. This customer lost."
