Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
Leatherman is closed on all major German Bank holidays. No orders are processed on these days.
Please call Customer Service to request a Return: +49 2102 56507 99. Be sure to have the information from your packing slip and the name of the original purchaser of the order ready to provide to the customer service representative over the phone.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less
shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman will also refund shipping charges
and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.

Please note we will refund you in 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned the product(s). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order.
14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR EU CUSTOMERS
You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
