With the Leatherman Crater® c33T you never have to say, "I only have my knife on me." Built in screwdrivers are perfect for the quick tightening or prying job, and the razor sharp 420HC straight blade and pocket clip complete the tight little package we call the Crater c33T folding knife.

Crater® c33T Tools

  1. 420HC Blade

A blade crafted from 420HC, a high-carbon stainless steel that is corrosion resistant and can be easily maintained.

  2. Carabiner/Bottle Opener

This tool features a one way gate and allows for easy clipping to a belt loop or strap. It can also be used to pop the top on a favorite beverage.

  3. Phillips Screwdriver

Created originally by Henry F. Phillips, this screwdriver is for use on Phillips head screws.

  4. 1/4” Flat Screwdriver

A 1/4" flat-bladed screwdriver tooled from 420HC stainless steel, intended for use on slotted screws.

Crater® c33T Features

  1. Locking Blade

A knife blade that locks into place when fully deployed. A user must manually unlock the blade to fold it away, which allows for a much safer user experience.

  2. Locking Liner

A locking mechanism on a one-hand opening feature that holds a tool safely in place when fully deployed. A user must manually unlock the tool to fold it away, which allows for a much safer user experience.

  3. Replaceable Pocket Clip

A removable clip which allows the user to wear their multi-tool attached to a pocket or belt loop without the use of a sheath. By removing the clip, the user is able to easily carry their tool in a sheath if preferred.

  4. Thumb Stud

A secure stud located near the pivot point of a Leatherman pocket knife that allows the user to easily and smoothly open the knife blade for use.

  5. Blade Launcher®

The Blade Launcher® is a finger placement pad located at the pivot point on the spine of the knife. By placing an index finger on the pad and pulling down sharply, the user can quickly and safely deploy the knife for use. There are no springs in this operation, so it is not classified as "assisted opening."

Very good knife, except the Flathead driver is hard to pull out by fingernail.
But the rest is too good. I still give it 5 stars!

      Comments about Crater c33T:

This is the perfect knife and tool! This is one of those things you get, & then you wonder how you ever made it without it. It's a perfect size, very tough and well thought out. It was made for guy's like myself. I'm an outdoorsman, a do it myself, a veteran, and a diesel tech. The C33T goes with me everywhere. It cleans off easily when you have grease or oil on your hands. You can carry it in your pocket, clip it on, or use the carabiner. Which is awesome for me as I am always doing something different. That allows me to carry it different ways in different situations. It came out of the box pretty sharp. The size of the blade is also perfect. You can skin small game or big with it. This knife is a one stop shop. I love the blade button. It allows you to open the blade with one hand with a quick snap. The blade locks in place and is easy to unlock. The blade will hold a good edge, its hard to dull. Each piece locks into place with a click, and folds back into the handle when your done. I own lots of knives from many different companies, this one is my favorite. This is a brilliant and well thought out knife. You can use it on the job, around the house, or at play. It's a perfect tool or gift, a must have!!!

            Comments about Crater c33T:

The Crater C33T has been my EDC for over a year now and it has never let me down. I use it at work as well as home. The blade was sharp right out of the box. I have used this knife for cutting
boxes, trimming bush branches, tightening or loosening screws, prying open cans, scraping labels from containers and opening bottles. I carry it on my belt loop using the caribiner. It is easy to open the blade and I would be lost without it. Leatherman hit a home run with this knife.

              Comments about Crater c33T:

I have long looked for the perfect everyday knife to keep in my pocket. I have a collection of small knives that are great for everyday carry. However, none of them remained in my pocket as long as this one has. All the others were either lacking something or didn't appeal to me in terms of construction. Some became damaged easily and others just weren't designed like the Crater is. The moment I acquitted this knife I was amazed at the engineering behind its construction. The glass/nylon handles feel quite durable. I'm not afraid of them scratching or cracking at all. Peering in between this knife's textured black handles I noticed the amount of precision this knife has. Everything has a place and it all fits perfectly. Every component inside the knife was carefully positioned and design to work well next to the other components beside it. The friction locks for the tools and frame style lock for the blade all function great and are super easy to use. The flat head screwdriver is a bit hard to pull out at times, but I've never not been able to open it. Both of the screwdrivers themselves are the perfect size. The flat head might be a little too thick for some applications, but I'd rather it be thick than weak. As for the Phillips, it is large enough to work on the bigger bolts but also small enough for littler screws. Not small enough for things like glasses though. Moving on to the carabiner/ bottle opener, this tool was well constructed and works great. I have opened several bottles with ease (root beer, of course). And the spring gate that keeps the opening closed also grabs the bottle cap. No more losing them on the floor. I find myself using the pocket clip way more than the carabiner though. But its always nice to have options. Speaking of the pocket clip, its nice and sturdy, no problems at all, and has the word "LEATHERMAN" proudly engraved down the length of it. Now, the main feature of this knife: Well, the knife! The knife is a good length for everyday carry. I have never needed more length on the blade. The edge came razor sharp and stayed very sharp for a while under light usage. I find the Blade Launcher to be a bit useless. The thumb stud works way better. I can deploy the blade just as fast a spring assisted blade with the thumb stud. The Blade Launcher, however, usually doesn't deploy the knife completely and its pretty low profile. Kind of hard to use with the pad of my finger. The finger nail is a bit better. Maybe if you like using the thumb stud in conjunction with the launcher it would work better.
Overall, very very awesome knife. After purchasing this knife I'm not even interested in other everyday knives. This one exceeded my expectations and has never failed. Quick to deploy and slide in a pocket, bottle opener, and screw drivers. It even has the Leatherman logo on it. What more could you ask for?
