Processing, Shipping and Delivery Information
- Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
- For shipments to PO, FPO or APO boxes, Standard US Post is the only shipping available.
- For shipments going to AK or HI UPS two-day, or Standard US Post are the only shipping methods available.
- Leatherman is closed on all major US holidays. No orders are processed on these days.

- 2nd Day: $14.95
- Next Day: $24.95
Your applicable state and/or local tax will be calculated and added to the total when your credit card is charged, just prior to shipping. The following states will have tax applied: AR, CA, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WA.

Please call Customer Service to request a Return: 800-847-8665. Be sure to have the information from your packing slip and the name of the original purchaser of the order ready to provide to the customer service representative over the phone.
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.
Note about engraved tools:
Laser engraving is a great way to make your Leatherman uniquely yours, or to make any gift extra-special. Allow 2 extra business days for processing and please review your spelling, as we are not responsible for mis-entered requests and engraved items cannot be returned. Requests for profane or objectionable words or phrases will not be honored.
