ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
Orders with customized products ship together and take an additional 2-4 weeks to process.
Leatherman is closed on all major US holidays. No orders are processed on these days.
LEATHERMAN GARAGE AND OTHER LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS
From time to time we may offer Leatherman Garage or other limited edition products for order on our Website. Such products and orders for such products will be allocated as determined by Leatherman. Leatherman Garage or other limited edition products are intended for individual use and not resale. Without limiting Leatherman’s other rights, Leatherman may reject or cancel orders it believes are fraudulent, intended for resale or that otherwise violate our terms and conditions.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
For shipments to PO, FPO, or APO boxes, standard US post is the only shipping available.
For shipments going to AK or HI, UPS two-day or standard US post are the only shipping methods available.
RETURNS
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.
*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized or engraved items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.
14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR EU CUSTOMERS
You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. To exercise your rights to cancel a contract, please email Customer Service at info-europe@leatherman.com
APPAREL RETURNS
Apparel returns will only be accepted if they do not show any signs of use or damage. They must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
