Great tool but durability is poor.

"I love the tool, but the durability has proven to be questionable at best over the years. I now have to send my Skeletool back for the third time. I do not misuse the tool at all but I do feel in trying to save wieght, they may have miscalculated on the strength they thought it has. I would give 3 1/2 stars since Leatherman is good at backing their product but the time without the tool can be considerable - partially from my promptness getting it back to them."

Completely Inaccurate Custom Engraving Preview, Customer Service Too Slammed to Reply.

"I won’t even review the knife. My father loves his, and the one I ordered was meant to be a gift Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Unfortunately the custom engraving I had paid extra for was completely misrepresented by the preview at time of adding the item to my cart. I reached out to customer service as soon as I received the multitool to see if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation, or at the very least make them aware of their poor quality control and lack of preview accuracy, but unfortunately it has been about two weeks and I still haven’t heard back."
