"The tool is as expected. Sharp, and very thick spine. Ive not had it in the backcountry yet, but been testing it out on Palo Santo wood incense. It splits and peels wood well. I can tell it will be an excellent kindling tool. Will test the ferro rod edge soon. The only thing one should be careful of is re-storing the knife. If your buckle strap is not well flattened it could easily slice the strap. I have a slight nick on the leather, but any deeper and it’s getting amputated!"
