"The original wire cutters on my Wave multi tool have beveled corners which means I couldn't cut small 1/4"" sprinlker hose easily. I replaced them with th SOG wire cutters which don't have the beveled corners and I now have wire cutters with a much larger cutting edge that can cut the sprinkler hose cleanly. If you use these for a Wave, you will need to round the back corner of the cutting blade with a diamond file/sharpening stone to get it to fit. I'm very happy with my modification and wish the Wave came with these wire cutters to begin with. Thanks, Jack"
