Your shipment is being handled by USPS.
When tracking a package shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, customers may notice limited or outdated tracking information on the UPS website. This is because once UPS hands the package off to USPS for final delivery, a secondary tracking number—called the Package Identification Code—is used.
To get the most up-to-date tracking details, customers must go to the "Shipment Details" section of their UPS tracking page, locate the Package Identification Code, then manually copy and paste that number into the USPS Tracking website.
Until the package is accepted by USPS, UPS will continue updating its tracking with an estimated delivery date, but that information may not reflect the package's real-time status.
