"Aircraft mechanic here. I bought this tool after seeing several guys at work using it and loving it. It’s super fun to play with but the pliers broke with light use within the first month. Now I have to go without for about 4 weeks while it’s warrantied. I’ll also add that you are responsible for the cost of shipping it to them (though they were nice enough to cover that as a courtesy). Overall disappointed with the quality and customer service considering the cost."

A refined version of the Free P4.

"I have a lot of Leatherman tools. The one I like most was the Free P4. I lost my current P4. I ordered the ARC as it's replacement since the P4 seemed to be discontinued. I have no regrets. It's definitely a refined version of the Free. It addressed any shortcomings with a really nice bland of improvements related to fasteners. It retains the one handed accessibility which is very important to me for a daily carry Leatherman."

Leatherman Cherry Pop

"So I get the Arc as my first one, as i was debating this or the wave plus. Im very happy I chose the arc although im sure i would have said that about the wave + too. These tools are just amazing and really do come in handy at the moment you need it. I had to help a friend move and i brought it along just incase. Ended up having to disassemble a bed, and luckily the bits i bought with this fit the bed and we were able to finish. Honestly the one handed use is awesome and fun to open. The quality is also amazing. Im extremely happy with my purchase."

Best EDC Ever!!

"I work in the trades and I always carry a pocket knife on me. I was opposed to multi-tools for some time however, when I was shown the ARC by a Leatherman employee/friend (Ben Meyer) I knew it was the right choice. Quality, well made unit

"I really like the quality and tools included with the unit. It is still taking some getting used to, having been a Gerber user for 25 years. The “interior” tools (screwdrivers) are hard to extract. The scissors are good, but not great. Knife is excellent and pliers are good. The sheath (separate purchase) is just OK. It could fit better and feel more secure."

Scissor issue

"Upon arrival, I noticed that when I closed the handles, the plier head would press against the scissors, causing them to protrude slightly. This is due to the scissors themselves being slightly bent inward. Not sure if the scissors themselves are defective or if the issue came from assembly. Everything functions as expected, but it is an annoyance that when spending the heavy price for a premium product, I would have a unit with a small defect that could have been caught by quality control."

Great tool, terrible finish

"The tool has been handy, the quick release great but the talos finish is terrible. Litterally started coming off on day one. Get the stainless one instead. Also had to exchange the original one I ordered because the blade had a huge scratch out of the box. The customer service is also sub par, waiting days for replies on my emails. Having to call in myself for resolutions. Being hung up on. Not a great experience at all."
