Great tool - but came with a bit of rust

"I love my wave plus. It is a great tool made with quality materials. However, as soon as I pull it out of the box and opened the blade, I noticed a bit of rust. I was disappointed and surprised. How come a brand new leatherman comes with rust?"

The best tool

"I have been using the Wave and the Wave+ for more than a decade. Because I works at different places I keep one Wave at each location, to allow me to fly only with carry on luggage. I keep saying: « some people don’t keep a Leatherman at their waist all the time… I don’t know how they can!»"

Leatherman Wave Plus

"I purchase my Wave Plus about 2 years ago. I must admit it was not my edc until recently. I have to say I can absolutely see as to why this is the best selling multitool in the world. I have and still carry my micra. The Wave Plus is well equipped I use the file and knives so much more than I thought I would. I'm not a trade or tech, just for stuff around the house and what not. Highly recommend for the average Joe!"

"for premium i would think it's flawless. but mine came all scratched. definitely a step down from what it used to be. not to mention the nickel and diming for holster. also no respond from customer support regarding the cometic defect i received."

Great for EDC

Disappointed

"Tool doesn't have spring on plyers. . I contacted you asking about that you didn't even reply ,I had to go look it up for my self. Also it has no way to attach a lanyard like the sidekick. I have bought 6 sidekicks as gifts and for myself. I wanted to have a pair of scissors on my Leatherman I was disappointed that the plyers did not have a spring on it. And there is no lanyard ring on the wave + since and I paid more for it."
