Practical Purpose Built

"Don't have much to say about these. All of the tools are useful. The build quality is what should be expected from Leatherman. I went with this model because I like the smaller ones with scissors. I have several committed EDC folders, so the knife blade wasn't necessary for me. A few gripes: The file is in a position where it constantly digs into your hand when using the pliers. Will probably swap that tool out for a bit driver, which I do wish this had. Overall pleased."

Solid, compact, all the essentials

"I carry a knife almost everywhere I go, and an Arc as part of my EDC, but I am not allowed a blade at work. This seemed like a no brainer. It doesn't get nearly the carry and use of the Arc (so far) but I am glad to have it as a part of my collection of daily tools at hand."

Great gift for kids/beginners

"I was 12 when I got this great tool as a gift from my dad. Little me was disappointed it didn't have a knife, but this tool is awesome, actually! It has a durable build, replacable wore cutters, and a nice tool assortment. The saw stays nice and sharp, it still is, as I've used it for over a year now. The file is great for wood and metal, and the locking system is pretty secure. Overall, a good gift for a beginner, a little heavy in the pocket, but a great tool overall."

Excellent to have in my bag for work

"I’m a bus operator and I keep one of these in my bag as an everyday carry tool. So far I have used it to fix my water bottle(pliers), scrape gum off of a wheelchair ramp(flathead), and tighten random screws. Occasionally our seatbelts get jammed and I originally bought it for the pliers so I could fix that myself. I bought the knifeless version because my work doesn’t allow “weapons”. The quality is top notch and I’m really happy with it."

Good First Purchase

"This was my introduction to Leatherman products coming from Victorinox. The pliers and tools came as expected and are of good quality. It isn’t as comfortable as I expected from other companies but this seems to be a more traditional design so I am sure I will get used to it. The opening and closing action for the pliers and tools was a lot stiffer than I expected out of the box but I’m sure they will wear in over time. Overall good product and I would recommend it."
