At the center of the Skeletool CX is a premium 154CM stainless steel blade. This plain edge blade stays sharper longer and resists rust. A plain edge blade is ideal for daily tasks. Perfect for opening boxes, slicing rope, or making quick, clean cuts when you need them most.
The Leatherman Skeletool CX weighs only 5 ounces (that's a medium size apple). This makes the CX our lightest pliers-based tool. Its slim design and strong materials make it ideal for hiking, biking, camping, or just getting through your day. It’s made to move with you, wherever you go.
The Leatherman Skeletool CX includes just the right essentials: pliers, wire cutters, and a bit driver with an extra bit stored in the handle. Both pocket clip and carabiner attachments, this tool has pliars, knife blade and the changeable screwdriver , plus the all important bottle opener. Lighter weight than the full pocket tool designs, it is nicely contoured to fit the hand well when the knife is deployed. I have both the stainless skeletool and the CX is black with green handles. Both are part of my EDC regimen and are ganging somewhere handy all the time. Great tool at a great price."
