Tool failed quickly and the warranty sucks

"Plier jaws exploded because of what's clearly a manufacturing defect and they force me to pay out of pocket and ship it off to even get a set of eyes on it. Love the idea of this tool but it does not live up to standard of drop shipped multi tools at a quarter of the price. I used to really be a fan of Leatherman and was ready to take a chance on this oddball little tool, but I really don't think I'm going to ever purchase a Leatherman tool again."

Overall good pocket multitool.

"I wanted a smaller profile knife to carry in my pocket. I found this multitool that allowed for additional utility but kept the same profile as a compact knife. The screwdriver bits have come in handy when needed. Only con I've found so far is I wish the thumb hole was a bit bigger for larger hands to open/close the blade easier. Maybe change it for a stud instead."

"Its a perfect size for EDC clipped to your pocket. I have other Leatherman models that I use when i need more tolls but this is a great combo of what you need and the slim profile and light weight makes it easier to carry daily when not on a jobsite."

"I have carried one of these for more years than I can count. My old one was very beat up and I finally stuck it somewhere where it should not have gone. RIP old friend. So I got a new old and had it customized. Nobodies knife but mine. It will be in my pocket when they put me under."

"As a new tool, it needs a little bit of break-in. Work all the parts because it’s pretty stiff. The design of the bits is really fantastic and replaces how much bigger portable tool set. I recommend the bit kit for additional versatility."

Best Daily Carry

"I carry this tool daily and use it a few times a day always. I had the plyers snap on one of mine, I have 5, and it was a quick fix at no charge other then shipping. They even put a new blade on it for me. I am lost without this tool in my business."
