"Totally impressed! Second ever Leatherman I’ve owned and probably won’t ever need another. Built like a tank…versatile… and a great selection of tools. I opted for the front and back imprint and it is amazing and very unique! The price was higher than I thought but the quality is well worth it!! Very pleased… carry it daily and it is used often! Buy It!"
"Bought this brand new in stores a couple weeks ago. Been using this daily since. Decided to finally test out the crimp today May 1st, 2026 and it jammed. Not convenient at all and definitely did not expect this from a top of the line Leatherman."
"Great American made tool. I'm a 25 year I. B. E. W local 11 Union Electrician this tool is high quality and very useful. Light weight with great utility. I have a Surge as well but this replaces my expensive pocket knife. If you are on the fence just go for it you will be glad you did."
"Coming from three previous LM. rev, sidekick and skeletool. This is by far the best. Wish I had kept up with leathermans previous releases. I do however wish the arc had a serrated blade vs the file or awl. The arc is actually a very comfortable tool to use."
"The arc itself is great, my only issue is the clip broke after a week or so. I read it is a common issue because of how thin the opening is for it. Not a deal-breaker but it is something to be aware of. My other issue would just be that it used to come with the pouch and extra bits but now that has to be bought separately. The value therefore dropped but overall again I am happy with my purchase."
"When the wave alpha dropped, I was like, "finally an update to my wave," and it's a fine tool. . . BUT when I got my hands on the arc I can never go back. Being able to one hand everything and access the small tools without opening it up is brilliant. The magnets and locks for opening and locking into the pliers mode are absolutely fantastic and the change in overall shape prevents the classic hand points pinching."
"I carried a Crunch Modded with a OE pocket clip for about 4 years (It was retired when I bought the ARC). It was my absolute favorite. With constant use it really started to show its age & since I replaced it with the ARC & I couldn’t be happier. The ARC is FANTASTIC, I love the easy flip design & the external easy access blade. I give it 4. 5 of 5 stars because I sometimes can’t get a SERIOUS grip on a bolt. The pliers are excellent other than that. I am also comparing it to the crunch which had vice grips so take that for what it’s worth. I highly recommend!"
"Little improvements such as a guard to hold in the screwdriver head and scissor improvement are wonderful. And the addition of a tiny knob for flipping open the main blade is really sppreciated. I only wish they had an addition of a tweezer like the Swill Army knives have."
"I love the ARC! I really liked the Free P4 but the ARC's tool set is more complete for me! Plus I like the upgrade to MagnaCut steel. Great, great multi-tool! The Free magnet technology is a game changer for me."
"I decided to get this to upgrade for my rebar and the pocket knife I was carrying daily. Love it so far, the. Biggest selling point was the magna cut blade which hasn’t disappointed. The scissors on it are actually pretty great too. The one hand open is awesome. Only two negatives I’ve ran into is the clip got caught on something and was bent and no repairable, but you can purchase a replacement clip. If using the pliers for pulling depending on how your using them for leverage they will try and close. But it’s been worth the money love it."
