Great emergency scissors

"Purchased these for travel first aid kits. Have other pairs in other first aid kits and they work great. Since these don't have the window breaker tip they can fly according to TSA website. Last trip needed scissors that could cut heavy dive gear, threads, tent repair patches and more and had nothing. These are stout, well built, and cut everything I have thrown at them with ease."

Phenomenal Performers

"Ingenious design and highly functional. I found the same exceptional Leatherman quality as I have experienced in other tools. My only concern is not the tool but having a nylon sheath with a cross over flap designed for retention should be included. It would certainly be a huge benefit. The kydex and plastic friction retention clip on holders sold for these devices simply don’t retain the shears when on your belt and you have to hit the ground, crawl in close spaces or get in and out of vehicles frequently. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way and will be looking for something that can retain the Raptures when I decide to invest in another pair."

Better than non-Leatherman scissors, not nearly as nice as Raptor Rescues

"These are much smaller than Raptor Rescue models, which I love. These don't fit my hands, and the material of the handles feels much less comfortable. Pay the extra and get a Rescue instead."
