"Several disappointing features about this item. We spent a fair amount of extra money, getting it engraved and are disappointed that the engraved letters did not show up nearly as well as they did on the image online - it’s not nearly as impressive as I was hoping. Also I am disappointed that this Leatherman came with no case and thirdly I’m disappointed with how rigid the joints are. It’s very difficult to pull items out of this tool. Hoping this will get better over time but right now it feels pretty cheap and this was a graduation gift for our son we hoped would feel like a nice personalized multi tool and it didn’t really deliver."
