A quick buy when you love the free technology!

"I am a big fan of the ARC, so having this knife with the same tech inside was an easy choice. When I want to carry just a blade along with some essential tools, all with the one-handed ease and smooth deployment of the ARC, it fits the bill perfectly. Feels great in hand and works like a dream."

A tool that is quick and easy to use

"It is convenient to use with one hand, and the combo knife is particularly good for use in various environments, but the tool is thick, and it would be better if it were a little thinner."

"The blade size"

Disappointed

"I wanted to love this knife as I have every other Leatherman tool purchase over the years. I own 20+ different tools. The weight, balance, pocket feel and hand feel of this knife all feel off. I will always be a customer but sadly this knife will likely live in a drawer the rest of my time owning it."

A bit bulky

"A bit bulky but a very nice knife. Bring back the free P4!!! This thing is just a thick with far less tools."

Yes.

"Locking Lobe Hinge = High IQ Different tool steel for Tools and Blade = China Quality Multitools. Great blade. Snapping Tools. Still best knife I have ever owned - I have two."

Great tool w/ a major flaw & poor customer service

"I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but Leatherman has gotten under my skin. I've been a lifelong Leatherman fanboy, and this knife is my favorite tool I've had thus far. It offers some legitimate accessory tool functionality without settling for a "lesser" knife blade. The blade is large and rock solid - zero play when it is locked in position. It's made from a quality alloy that holds an edge. However - I am on my third one of these tools, as the belt clip has snapped off of all three of them. It always happens when I brush up against something and the little flared portion catches an object - a box, a door frame, a wall corner, etc. It doesn't bend, it snaps - brittle failure. The belt clip does not match the tool in terms of strength and overall durability - it's oddly small compared to the size of the tool. I would've been more understanding but I reached out to Leatherman to simply ask for some replacement belt clips, not a new or repaired tool. I did not receive a response; this is infuriating given that this failure mode has occurred three times. A lack of response to a legitimate quality or design flaw is very poor and it's insulting as a historically devout customer. I can't say I don't recommend the tool, just be careful when you may be bumping into something with your hips. Leatherman - I'd greatly appreciate it if you would address warranty claim number WRC0065385."

General Purpose knife

"Brilliant knife to carry for all those little tasks that show up daily."

I dropped it from 20

"I dropped it from 20 feet while setting up my tree stand it bounced off a rung of the ladder and opened itself then hit the ground not a mark on it and works likes nothing happened"
