Reviews

Quick-release clip disappointment

"When I bought my Alpha I immediately wished it had a pocket clip so I bought a generic one off Amazon but it fit loose and had side to side movement. So I spent the money and bought the Leatherman clip from the website. I honestly expected better fitment but it is no better and maybe even slightly worse than the Amazon clip that was 2/3 the price."

— Derek C. (2/5)

Now my Leatherman is complete!

"Lost my Leatherman years ago and finally just replaced it recently. I was surprised that the clip was not included but relieved that I could still install one. No issues with it being loose, easy to install, and now I find myself taking my tool everywhere with me since I can clip it on rather than clunk around at the bottom of my pocket."

— Tina M. (5/5)

Quick release clip

"Awesome attachment for my multitool, makes it easier to carry around and get the job done."

— Bayron C. (5/5)

Snapped while in my pocket

"Love the pocket clip but have had 2 now that have caught on something while in my pocket and snapped the little tab off that locks it in place in the tool. If it wasn't such brittle metal one could just bend it back straight as I have done with many other brands clips, but this one seems made to fail. Would not recommend."

— Joshua D. (2/5)

Adds security when needed!

"I like having this multitool and using it without the clip but bc I don’t want to wear a case/pouch to travel with it, the add on clip suits me just fine."

— Rob L. (5/5)

My leather Man

"I love this utility knife. I use it for almost everything. The quality and the look is excellent."

— Santiago B. (5/5)

Nice but a little loose

"The instruction for installing the clip was excellent. The engraving was very good also . My only complaint is that the clip fits loosely. It does make my WAVE ALPHA look good though."

— Roger S. (5/5)

Pocket clip

"It works. Could be a bit more secure. Seems wobbly"

— Nathan K. (3/5)

Too loose

"I use it with the Wave Alpha, but every time I use the tool, I want to take the clip off because it ruins the ergonomics of the g10 scales. The clip comes off easily, but it wiggles a lot in the tool. Looks fine, but is uncomfortable, not worth 15 bucks, but is needed for pocket carry. Wish it was included so that I didn’t have to spend more money to use an already expensive tool. Can’t believe the price for a bent piece of steel."

— James K. (2/5)

The clip kinda adjust loose

"I like the material, but it fit loose to my multitool. It waves too much and that’s kind of annoying."

— Marlon L. (3/5)
